Energy management of employees<\/h6>\n<p>Balance between Performance  Recovery is the key here.<\/p>\n<p>Without relaxation, no exertion or from a top sports perspective; you train to recover! So make sure to recover, otherwise the quality and thus the training efficiency will decrease.<\/p>\n<p>The model below is not rocket science but one where a lot of progress can be made within many teams and companies.<\/p>\n<p>Too little time is spent in the bottom right quadrant in particular.<\/p>\n<p>The consequence is that Performance energy decreases and people and teams end up in the survival zone (even sooner). When people think of stress, they often think of too much tension, but you can also have under-tension. That ultimately also causes stress or rather stress signals.<\/p>\n<p>With under-tension, one needs to &#8216;plus&#8217; (e.g., by making something important) and with over-tension, one needs to &#8216;minus&#8217;, e.g., through breathing exercises or setting a more realistic goal.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner column_padding=&#8221;no-extra-padding&#8221; Effective over efficient<\/h6>\n<p>This is usually the moment where I, as a <strong>speaker<\/strong> or coach on work happiness, can get &#8216;interference&#8217; with people who give time management or strive for improved time management. The problem is often that they want to do more things in less time.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, there is such a thing as inefficient work, but look at the picture below and think about how you do this&#8230; It has to do with an attitude that people have taught themselves. Working, action, being busy, etc. &#8230; continuously, all day long! And that becomes normal much faster than you think.<\/p>\n<p>If you have taught yourself this, this Corona time can be hard on you. Either you suddenly have little to do and find it difficult to motivate yourself, or you&#8217;re drowning in all sorts of things that aren&#8217;t really important. The Eisenhower matrix can give us a nice insight here (see image). You can easily be busy with things without them really mattering. Especially now that many people are working from home. A priority, two important things and a bonus for our recovery. The boundary between work and private life can quickly blur. It helps us to think about what makes the difference in a day and create more awareness of this.
